In addition to the Group Text functionality in today’s release, there are a number of additional features and bug fixes. Some of the more significant ones are listed below:

GENERAL

- Message counters fixed

- Posting of empty comments is prohibited

- Various Favorites/Placemarks improvements

- Sharing to Facebook enhanced

- Improved handling of blocked users

- Added KML and RSS feeds for search terms

- Added ‘Exact’ option for place radius

- User’s Fans are now displayed in preference to Friends. Increased number of thumbnails.

- Support for line breaks in comments added

- URL Links within comments now work correctly

- Links for names including ‘-’ now work correctly

MOBILE WEB

- Emojis are now supported

- Sharing options now remembered from previous post (regardless of medium)

- Comments entry box moved to top of screen

- Added prominent notification for new comments, mention and messages

- Login issues on certain Verizon phones fixed

- Text formatting on Palm devices improved

TEXT MESSAGING

- Improved place search

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

- Now indicate if a photo is associated with the post

- International Push Notifications no longer capped
